When you book, we collect your name, service address, phone number, email, the service you chose, your preferred dates, and any notes you give us. We also record which page or ad brought you to our site.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform your service, to contact you about your booking by text, phone, or email, and to understand which of our advertising works. We do not sell your personal information.

Texts

If you agree to texts, we send booking confirmations, visit reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Advertising and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools from advertising platforms such as Meta to measure how our ads perform. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

Gate codes and access

Gate codes and access notes are used only to get into your yard. Only the owners can see them, and we delete them when you cancel.

Payments

When we take card payments, they are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

California residents may ask to see or delete the personal information we hold about them. Reply to any text or email from us and we'll take care of it.
