Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website, book a service and manage their account, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.
What we do
- We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
- Pages use real headings, labeled form fields, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus outlines, and sufficient color contrast.
- Booking and account pages work with a keyboard alone and at large text sizes, and no task requires a mouse, a timed response, or a CAPTCHA.
- We test new pages with automated checks and by hand.
Known limits
Visit photos taken by our crew don't have detailed descriptions. Each one is labeled with its visit date, and the visit status is always shown in text alongside it.
